I agree with everything you said about needing milk for strong bones...that is marketing horseshit like "carrots make you see good". The milk you buy in stores is GARBAGE...stripped of all valuable microbes and fat. Raw milk is much better but nowhere near necessary for your bones...acidic food and water and being lazy is what kills your bone density
