That reminds me of the refugees in Europe, who took welfare and immediately started to blow it on internet and cigarettes. Africans can't invest in anything material, though. Otherwise, someone else takes it from them. Its in their nature to steal, and the reason why they have nothing is because its pointless, someone will just take it. Why grow crops when people will raid your fields?
