Thats not totally true. Many African countries feed themselves. Billions have been spent training them to farm and to build wells. Its not complicated work, and people with nothing are pretty easily motivated to feed themselves.
The real dick punch is how do you become a farmer and how does your country get agricultural supplies if the market is flooded with free food?
And not just flooded, but unreliably so. Just as you harvest your crops another free shipment of food floods the market, making your crops worthless. Are you going to plant anything next year?

Blacks are like the world's domesticated pets. They can't take care of themselves and require someone else to feed and home them, and breed wildly without supervision. Unlike domesticated pets, they contribute nothing in return.

What does not "totally true" mean? 90% true? 70% true? When you say many feed themselves, do they entirely feed themselves or still partially require help? And how many is "many"?
I ask, because Africa is the ONLY continent for which I frequently see ads showing a starving population and asking for donations. How often do you see an ad for children freezing and starving in Antarctica? I don't recall ever seeing one.

"Mostly true" and "Mostly false" are mostly nothing but biased judgement calls if not outright propaganda. Give me the fucking numbers and something to compare them to. Not some vague BS like "mostly", "many" etc. because everyone interprets that their own way.
