I'm sure it does. But the two people in SC that reportedly have the new strain haven't been traveling, haven't had "contact" with anyone who was traveling, and somehow it crossed the Atlantic to get to them. So, even though America does a lot of flying, the reports I'm seeing "can't explain" how they caught this European strain.
