Puffy vests are the worst. It doesn't make sense to me. Get a whole fucking jacket if it's cold!
I like to wear vests, sometimes even puffy vests because it keeps my core warm which helps keep my blood warm which keeps my arms and hands warm yet my arms are free of sleeves.
But I saved money by not buying unnecessary sleeves!
