Not sure if "invented" is necessarily the word to use there. Apes will use sticks to get termites, this behavior has been copied by Africans, but I'm not sure as to what extent. Apes don't use fire so such behavior would have to have been copied from a human source. It's quite possible that the Africans saw white people do this and thus copied the ritual.
If I could find an instance of whites doing this I would agree with you. Niggers are good at escalation and can be somewhat inventive when it comes to human suffering.
I always thought that was a south American cartel thing. Didn't know Africans had learned fire yet either.
They did have fire bit they had to get the tires and diesel from whitey. I'm guessing they wanted to figure out how to keep the fire near the face without constantly applying the diesel themselves
