You think simply allowing them to participate in the common God given right to the pursuit of happiness in Israel is equity? They must be given all positions of power and influence, while being payed benefits taken by force from the incumbent culture. To do any less would only be a manifestation of the most vile form of racism and bigotry to ever take place. I'm sure there'll be no issue, as a jew myself I think it's the only way forward to progress.
