You're talking about Indian-Americans. The group of people with the highest income in the US based on recent statistics. The cream of the crop that emigrated from India and largely had a lot of wealth to begin with. You're not talking about the general population of India compared to the general population of America. A better comparison between groups would be to compare Indian-Americans and European descent "whites" that share an income range. Or Indians in general to Americans in general (which might run into problems too because of population size differences).
I'm not saying there aren't intelligent Indians, just that you have to be mindful about what you are comparing.

they are better scholastics than many whites but their architecture, health, society are all less preferential to me. i could make a small list.

Only persons of European descent are the most well rounded. Not only good math and sciences, but the same person is also likely to be creative and an independent free thinker.
Where as I noticed most Asians are good are repeating what they see and learn, they have less room for creativity or independent thought.

It’s the median, meaning roughly half above and half below. For example, the white median ranges between 100 and 103. Not all of them are programmers or even than intelligent. They just have a greater percentage of higher IQ individuals.
The average IQ in India is 82, they are basically animals.
They are famous for being terrible developers.
The is more to it than IQ, there is also EQ and a myriad of other substances and quotients that make for creativity and problem solving.
