That's actually a very literal phrase. The reasons whores have survived all these years of evolution is because they knew that if they acted like their true selves they would be burnt alive, either literally of metaphorically, so they would end up settling down with a man and have kids, perpetuating the legacy of degeneracy. Sometimes you have to think like a general in a war, and instead of doing things in a predictable way, use your opponents ways against them. In other words, allow degenerate women to waste their lives like whores, but don't let them cause irredeemable harm to the rest of society by having children or letting their opinions count for anything.

I'm not sure, it would be nice if you were right but honestly I think this degeneracy can happen to any population if the conditions are bad enough.

If race-mixing or "free love" is signaled as virtuous the women with 'virtue copying genes' behave in that manner. I mean how many women arrive at virtue through philosophy/introspection like men? Basically zero %, the rest take cues from broader culture and try to appear virtuous to whoever looks strongest.

Waiting for a biological solution is pointless, this is about power and controlling your own media and narratives. Women have a certain role to fill and certain strengths but they can't help themselves in other ways. It is better to assume they are completely without agency when it comes to philosophy and politics and try to reform the whores then wait for a biological solution that will never arrive.
