My aunt extended the back of her house, but some dickshit reported her, and now she's in court for building something without government permission. But why the fuck is she in court? The guys she trusted to do the build should be in court. These fucks, using illegal immigrants, are the ones that didn't fill out the proper paperwork. And who the fuck reports their neighbors for construction? Fucking cunts.

Why the fck is she using someone that employs illegals??. If that builder is willing to cut corners on not paying wages for permanent staff and who he employs , what other corners is he willing to cut ?? ...

Problem that arises is if and when you go to sell. You'll usually loose money on the sell if the required permits weren't authorized. Now its on the potential buyer to fund these additional permits to get the house into code. Its a total bullshit money making jew scheckle scam.

Not anymore, with the way retirement works, you may be given the permission to retire if the markets were lucky. However, when you account for inflation, state tax, local income tax, property tax and bills the chnaces of you retiring comfortably against so many unknowns (you tell me what your car insurance rates will be 40 years from now), is zero.

I suppose that is true depending on how we look at retirement.

Generally I think of retirement as the year you stopped working, which coincidentally is the year you died homeless with nothing left to your name because you ran out of money.

Even if markets are lucky, and you were in the right place at the right time, the average man wouldn't be so fortunate.

Personally I've given up on the idea of retirement, and hope to transition to other ventures that are more suitable towards an aging body. Or better yet to die while I am able bodied rather than old, incapable of knowing who my children are, and wondering what the Y2K bug is going to do to us come new years.

The way i see it, retirement forces you to look forward 40 years of your life against insane unknowns (inflation rate, property tax rate, debt to income, income tax rate, property tax rate). No one can plan for these unknowns. And the thing is i have a roth IRA with a feww hundred grand in it, and i cant justify keeping it around in today's climate. Either the dems tax it to shit and back eliminating the tax advantage, or it gets converted into public retirements, like they have already stated they want to do. In both cases, a huge loss to me.

Paid taxes on the lumber, the materials, the labor to build the house. Sold the house to someone else, that then paid taxes on the sale, who then pays taxes to live in it. FFS.

When you "buy a house" or "buy property" you never literally buy ownership of the land itself, what community would ever let you do that??

The papers you sign when you buy clearly state "title to" the property. This buys you a limited set of privileges and responsibilities associated with that plot of land, and nothing more. The country as a whole claimed ownership of that land a long time ago. Anyone who thinks they're buying their way out of the country's stake of that is dreaming...otherwise other countries would simply come in and "buy up" every plot of land for pennies on the dollar.

Income tax us by far the most evil fucking tax. You get fired from some good job because of reverse racism bullshit and you can't pay your property taxes that fundamentally is robbing resources from you and your family to pay for other people's kids who don't care enough about their own kids to educate them!
