Huh. I knew a guy who got one of these while in college. Everyone was ga ga over it and all I could think was "Goddamn that is ugly." I guess it had some cool engineering.

Military aircraft manufacturers turned car manufacturer. The entire frame was a single piece of molded aircraft aluminum. Strong as hell and light. Great engineering.
