Men and women do not, and should not, express success in the same way. I don't fault women not wanting to be with a man struggling financially anymore than I fault a man who doesn't want to date a hambeast. What each finds attractive in the other serves different needs. A rich fat dude will go further than a rich fat woman, just as a physically fit woman will go further than a physically fit man in finding a partner.

but they DO make more money than men per hour - it’s just that men put more time, thought, and energy - especially into the risky fields and even the fields that do NOT have pay, like INDEPENDENT research, development, and other creative and experimental paths that MAY end up making millions through sheer genius of the developed ideas.
women definitely make more money in the safety net jobs that SHOULD be reserved for men that want to raise healthy families; a family without a stable man as its head is more often than not a criminalized group of thieves and louts.
