My sister signed up for one of those vegan meal delivery services pushed on social media. She got tired of it after two weeks (she isn't vegan, she just wanted to shed some weight). She had a fridge/freezer full of this stuff so she brought some over for us. Some of it wasn't too bad. Most was inedible. So I would say eat vegan.
