I'm pretty confident that I could get around it simply by making it look silly. If it's ***decorative***, it's legal[ish]! I was figuring on building an old timey windmill looking windmill... with a generator in it! I had lots of big plans... most of them have yet to materialize, but I blame the cars and the existing yardwork and the house and the boat and the missus wanting to go shopping and all that!
