I nominate @Morbo to put a big-brained human-hating alien's mirror up to Poal's shenanigans throughout the coming year and host the Frosties 2024!

Thank you for putting the effort into this. Many of the posts noted in the nominations are great and useful for reference in the future.

I wanted to listen last night and even had time to listen to the whole thing, but I do not use mumble that was noted as being required.

We'll meet in the Poal chat room. We use the Mumble client, with server set to "cast.poal.co" and port set to "64738".

It seems the main post (but not the update post) was edited an hour or two before it started to also mentioning this: (or at least it wasn't there initially and got added at some point on the day of)

If you just want to listen in, go to http://cast.poal.co

Shame it wasn't mentioned earlier/initially that we could listen to the cast without needing to have some mumble program installed and use that just to listen to an audio stream.

Regardless, I look forward to listening to the show if/when it gets uploaded onto Vid8! We can't listen to any of the other past Frosties because all of the old uploads on Vid8 are still not restored. Even stuff referenced in the nominations that include videos/music on Vid8 can't even be watched/listened to because the Vid8 videos don't exist to watch/listen to them.

If things are not ever going to be restored, it would be nice to know this so that I can delete and re-upload my old videos so they can at least be watched again, or at least delete these limbo videos so dead uploads no longer bloat Vid8. This perpetual state of limbo on old uploads just makes me hold off from uploading anything further to Vid8 until it gets resolved.
