Just the other day I saw a teardown about a black co-pilot who nosedived a cargo plane on final approach because he felt it shift slightly and decided they were going to stall. The (white) pilot tried to recover but it was too late, the black guy wouldn't let go of the controls. The guy covering it tried to be as nice as possible, but it was very obvious the black guy was a diversity hire. He even had a history of making rash impulsive maneuvers for no apparent reason, but the company overlooked that when they hired him.
