the main thing is you have to braise the rolls for at least 1.5 hours...to make sure the beef gets tender...and since it aint a marbled cut of beef..cheese, prosciutto or even bacon can help to enrich it...fresh herbs are nice as well...
Love prosciutto. I use it in sandwiches. Even a thin slice and it completely changes things. Hot Coppa is also excellent.
lots of time the cuts are awkward split or have holes, but usually there is one end decent..use that end to roll to..so you end up with something to work with..it's def not as easy as making a sandwich..lol

nah...i usually just use what around and make it work...if i try a 'dish' i look up a couple recipes or videos and use what i like...
