In honor of pie day, I made a lemon loaf (bread) with fresh raspberries. First time making it, I think it came out well. Recipe is below For the bread -1/2 cup butter - 1 cup granulated sugar - I only used 1/2 (if you want sweeter do 3/4 or a full cup) - 2 large eggs - 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour - 1 and 1/4 cup due to altitude - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - I used salted butter and only added a pinch - 1/2 cup milk - 1 medium sized lemon zested - handfull of fresh raspberries I did it kind of a lazy way and threw it all together and whisked it. I melted the butter, you can cream it with sugar. I put raspberries mostly in the middle Glaze: - 1 medium lemon sqeezed - 3 tsp of sugar - the original calls for a lot more, it made the bread more tart which I like, add more sugar to taste if you want it sweeter [Cut bread](https://poal.co/static/images/131308541b1e9808.jpg) Fuck pie day, its bread day Cheers
