IDGAF, I love McDonald's. I rarely go there anymore (too expensive, cheaper to eat at home most of the time) but damn that occasional trip is always a good time. This looks like the tastiest heart attack ever.

You're not kidding about that. With the exception of the egg items and fish sandwiches, everything else has a weird after taste that is the same. Even the milkshakes have it.
