Mustard definitely. Whole grain or a nice Dijon. Damnit I just had all this stuff as leftovers. I should have made it into a taco.

Perogis demand sour cream.. but the sausage and kraut deman mustard. I'd have to try each even if the sour cream on kraut would be weird.
