I'll eat part of one this morning while it's hot and crispy, munch on the other half the rest of the day, and freeze what's left for later. They toast well.

Traditional are of course great, but toasted day olds are a true fav in my house. Skip the syrup and go for a little peanut butter and bannana.

I usually make them so you don't need anything on them except maybe a little butter if they're too dry.
