My wife got me a pizza oven for Valentines this year and it's amazing how good it is. There isn't a restaurant pizza that can compare to making it yourself. We let our dough rise up to 3-4 days and it gives it an awesome flavor.
Make sure to get organic bread flour (or 00 if you like throwing away money).

Self raising flour yeast covet the bowl with cling wrap cover it with a kitchen towel set it outside in the sun or under a covered awning .
Comes out perfect after 4hrs.
