Scientists have tested and researched five wine brands and as many as 15 popular beer brands, and found the infamous glyphosate of Monsanto's carcinogenic product Roundup in them.
Among the 15 beer brands are Coors Light, Millet Lite, Budweiser, Corona, Heineken, Guinness and Stella Artois. The only beer that has been the subject of research without glyphosate found in it is Peak Organic IPA.
Tsingtao beer was found to be the worst beer with the highest glyphosate concentrations of 49.7 parts per billion (ppb), and of the five wines, Merlot Sutter Home 2018 had the highest glyphosate levels of 51.4 ppb.
Glyphosate is found in as many as three of the four so-called organic alcoholic beverages.

Study author Kara Cook-Schultz said that despite the best efforts of beverage producers, the worrying reality is that “ consumers are very likely to drink glyphosate at every happy hour and backyard barbecue across the country. “
A spokesman for the Wine Institute commented that an adult should consume over 140 glasses of wine a day with the highest concentrations of chemical levels to achieve even a level that is “no significant risk” set by the Office of Environmental Protection.
As expected, after all such discoveries, some institutions go public with defense claims that should convince the public otherwise.
