As a younger man, I've done quite a few different gigs. A couple of them being foodservice... both fast food and restaurant. Was grill cook at one of them.
Being from MI around motor city, have also been in a few different 'one of the big 3' auto plants on the line. A foreman there, too. Even a couple different smaller parts suppliers.
And one job I'm not so proud of when I was 26... can't say because that would be one bit of info that makes me very identifiable to whoever is looking.
Anyway, came here to say, that I would rather work in the darkest, dingiest, oiliest, noisiest, smelliest, dangerous, automobile or parts factory... than work in the foodservice ever again.
