Just one more reason I won’t buy anything subject to an HOA. I know people living in shitty little 400 ft sq condos paying $800 a month in HOA fees, Those in larger units laying in excess of $1,200 per month, more than the mortgage payment. I know of a condo in Colorado that is going to do a special assessment and the owners will owe the HOA $50,000 to $100,000 in addition to their monthly payments.

Just suppose that the majority of people that live in these places are Northeast jews. And then suppose that the HOAs are run primarily by jews. So the jews are jewing their own jews,right?

That or the jews are trying to force people into a situation where they can't pay the fee's and the HOA takes their property to sell to a jew at a profit but once they have gotten rid of all of the goy in the area the HOA fee's will drop to $50/mo.

Same shit they're doing to people in mobile parks. Get the property, shuffle the elderly into the local killing bottle care home then snatch up the property and sell it at an insane profit.
