I grew up in Madeira Beach. 50 years ago we'd get mild red tide every 3-4 years for a couple weeks. Its been 6-8 weeks now and happens every year. Im sure the radioactive retention pond at the Tampa phosphate plant that drained millions of gallons of contaminated water into the groundwater had nothing to do with it. Right? Right?
