A dolphinfish or a mahi-mahi. I refuse to call them dolphins. But man, are they delicious.
Mahi mahi is the pc term faggots from up north call them because the dumbasses think they are eating a porpoise.
I can't count the times I've had to say, "No. Not the mammal, the fish" BTW, it's called a dolphin, not mahi mahi, dorado or whatever tf.
That's why I call them dolphinfish or mahi-mahi.
My little nieces teared up and cried when I told them about how delicious a dolphin sandwich was down in Florida while we were enjoying a venison stew up north.

Dorado. It all depends on where you are at. Hawaii - Mahi, Mahi. California/Baja Dorado.
And sustainable.
