Yes, but people who do this need to know what to look for. Basically, you find a nest with a guarding parent. Turtles & shit won't generally be in this area. I haven't watched the video yet, but I'm assuming they're not where alligators are.
The most dangerous thing you'll probably find is a blue cat, which is more aggressive than a channel cat or flathead. They will grab onto whatever they can & roll their bodies. They'll rip your shoe off, if you're lucky. If not, they'll tear the skin right from your hand.
