i got fucked by MPW. medical properties reit. not commercial office. figured it should grow with more clinics becoming a thing in rural areas and with the jabs I assumed more medical space was necessary. somehow no, totally incorrect, but disney that has put out bomb after bomb is up the past week on earnings. how the fuck?
