I hope they all get foreclosed and evicted. Thieves breaking their word and not making their payments deserve to get the yeet.

Wow! Good job rooting for the banks...

Nice clickbait title. Nobody exploited anything... Stop cucking to the government.

"Bad people needed help with bills... Take their house cause I don't agree..."

They literally lie and cheat people every step of the way when buying a house. The sheboon in this article did everything required, and they tell her "sorry you used an outdated form (that we gave you) and now we're taking your house."

Yeah, such bad criminals asking for forbearance while they were locked in their homes and couldn't work. WTF... Then the banks hover over the "eviction" button heavy breathing just waiting to evict you the day the forbearance term ends. GTFO

If you actually read the article, you'll notice a distinct pattern, including for the headlining gal:

1) Borrower doesn't pay for a year or more. This is what everyone without big government on speed dial calls "theft".

2) There's a loan modification involved. When you go through the paperwork for a loan modification, a lender is going to assess your credit worthiness to see if anything has changed...like you getting divorced and halving your income for the McMansion you bought. When someone buys such an expensive house that one year's back payments are $45k, doubling the DTI is a non-starter.

3) This gal lived in Florida. They basically ignored 'rona. She's just a freeloader who didnt want to pay her mortgage.

That's called theft...

No house in any location is worth $3750 a month... The problem isn't people asking for a forbearance. It's the broken system...

Go Banks!!!
