I mean, it might go lower and all that shit, but it's pretty low now.
When other people are panicking is the best time to buy. You can't time the bottom but you can chase it down.
Dunno about stocks (they are heavily inflated by money printing) but crypto is likely to go back to previous ATHs if you wait long enough (~5 years).

Yeah I bought 4 dips ago and I realize now we still aren't at the bottom. BTC was at 23k today. Alt coins are completely tanked. I'm watching stuff but honestly I'm thinking at least another 6 months before I buy anything. At least.
I too suspect it will go even lower. A LOT lower even.
I've looked at the futures charts for crypto and commodities and wouldn't suggest it. Cash is currently king even though the true inflation rate is technically around 25%. It's always 2-3 times worse than the media makes it out to be.
