To quote JPMorgan: “Many students have never thought about becoming a financial advisor or even know what the job entails...We want to raise awareness around this career and create a path for diverse (black) young professionals into the wealth management industry.” I’m not saying I don’t want an affirmative action financial advisor (I am), but seriously? Who does?
