I don't use Robin Hood myself and know very little about it. I searched online for "robin hood lawsuit" and what I came up with isn't very concerning to me (assuming there isn't another lawsuit that you're referring to).

Basically the lawsuit is by some Masshole regulator. The suit is over marketing, basically that it makes stock trading too fun or something like that, I dunno.
