I've pointed this out in the past to female co-workers who used to razz me for dressing like a "prude," when they'd whine about men staring at them. It's like a trainwreck, you can't help but stare, how could you blame them for doing what comes natural to them? If you don't want men to leer at you, then don't dress like a truck stop hooker. Personally, I think these types live for the attention and secretly like it. I could not care less if a man stared me down, but then again, I dress modestly so I don't get a whole lot of looks, which suits me just fine, because of my social anxiety.
I really wouldn't mind it if more women dressed modestly. All these yoga pants and low cut shirts and dresses leave nothing to the imagination.
