I believe big part of that, those nigreses get 6 children with 5 baby daddies. Woman is already ruined if she has one niglet and father leaves, then it's pump and dump for her and no one want to stay with all that baggage and drama. But maybe I'm giving too much credit for them and everything is more or less animalistic and feral.
