Honestly. I think this is because gov workers are lazy as fuck and have been "working remote" (not really working, getting paid though) for like 5+ years now. They just stopped doing their job. Which means stuff that (((someone))) wanted burned didn't get burned... because they are lazy. That is just my theory though. I worked in gov for far too long and that would track with it. I am not saying there is not good data in the bags. I am saying that is why they are not (((yet))) burned.
