Reading a paper on "screening syndromes" updating the vernacular of genocide. They're genociding babies with genetic abnormalities and just want to cover their arses with legal terminology. Other conventions says you can't use gene editing to affect the genome of descendants. OTOH, essentially disabilities do not constitute genocide.

The elimination of a whole classification of people (those with a genetic disability) allows a slippery slope.

The world certainly has changed.

As does gene editing out a population of people. So (((they))) are redefining "genocide" to allow for well- genocide.
