Elon Musk and Tesla are facing a lawsuit from Alcon Entertainment, producers of 'Blade Runner 2049,' for using this AI generated pic for the 10/10 Robotaxi event. To be clear, it is not a scene from the actual movie or a render of the movie. The image is not owned by Alcon Entertainment. That is not Ryan Gosling.

Alcon says Tesla wanted to use an actual scene from the movie, but Alcon said no. They claim Tesla used the original image as training data to generate a similar AI image. Alcon also alleges that Tesla, Elon, and Warner Bros Digital have infringed on copyright and caused "a massive economic theft."

I'm sure anyone could make that image in 30 seconds with any AI image generator. The AI image was displayed for 11 seconds during the event.
