If we're going to let anyone in we should prioritize the top 1% from European countries. Must speak English. Must have useful skill. Must be properly vetted & have a reliable sponsor. Sponsor will be held responsible and/or deported with potential immigrant if criminal activity occurs. Applicant must live with sponsor. Maximum of 100,000 applications a year.

My idea is that the top tier Whites (experts in their field) get a special passport that allows them freedom of movement between White continents for the purpose of advancing the White race. Everyone else is free to work hard and try to get that status, if not, visa system.
Of course, if passport is misused it is permanently revoked.
