Personally I would be okay with this if there weren't so many of them here already. I would have no problem taking say 5 to 10 people from shithole countries a year if they were TRULY expectational humans. However I doubt numbers that low is what Elon is arguing for and quite frankly there are enough of these fucks here already.
at this point, we would be better off pooling our money, buying an island and creating our own ethnostate.
We don't need separate land, we need a parallel system within our own nations, on a large scale so they couldn't easily isolate and destroy us.
Create our own NGOs with purpose of organization, networking and fund pooling.
Insert ourselves between farmer and the supermarket, retake control of food as primary need.
Buy land and build self sustainable all White gated communities, togother with retail and industrial units so business can transfer or open inside them.
Take charge of our own security in an highly organized and legal manner.
Once all is strongly set up, stop paying taxes.

If we're going to let anyone in we should prioritize the top 1% from European countries. Must speak English. Must have useful skill. Must be properly vetted & have a reliable sponsor. Sponsor will be held responsible and/or deported with potential immigrant if criminal activity occurs. Applicant must live with sponsor. Maximum of 100,000 applications a year.
My idea is that the top tier Whites (experts in their field) get a special passport that allows them freedom of movement between White continents for the purpose of advancing the White race. Everyone else is free to work hard and try to get that status, if not, visa system.
Of course, if passport is misused it is permanently revoked.
