Musk will soon live in everybody's brain.

The EDS (Elon Derangement Syndrome) has replaced the TDS.

What's your opinion on Elon?

In general or specifically?

I appreciate his investment and effort in SpaceX. Landing first stage Falcon 9 boosters has become a routine (that never gets old, 150 successful landings since 2019). Can't wait to see Starship advancements too.

Regarding Tesla, I'm more worried about him having his factories/R&D in China. I want to believe that he has a reason and plan for that.

Now for Twatter, I think he could have started his own platform, but Twatter user base is so captive, it would have taken years to get them to migrate to his platform (assuming they would). So it's easier to invest into something that has been one of the leading social media platforms for years and change it to accommodate his plans. When I say plans, I mean having it used with his Neuralink project. I don't think he cares much about free speech per se, but probably wants people to self-censor themselves by requiring an identification to use a Twatter account.

Time will tell.

Close, but I dont think there will ever be a worse mental breakdown than DTS for some people.

'TDS'

I've lived too long and seen too much to allow myself to be hopeful yet. A part of me wants to believe, but the suspicious part of me says, "No. It's a trap. Watch and wait."

The whole drama tickles the suspicious part of me that doesn't trust good things to simply exist.

That part of my brain say that this whole thing serves the same function as a pressure relief valve on a steam engine. That the PTB have seen that the whole of society is overheating because they pushed it too far, too hard and too fast and now they have to let some of the pressure off so it all doesn't blow up. Explosions are too chaotic and uncontrollable. So let the proles have the illusion of a "win" for a little while, to get them to relax a little, and let their guard down again. Then it's right back to globohomopedo business as usual.

I hope I'm wrong. But I don't think so. I've seen this show play out too many times before in different formats. Ask me again in a couple years.

Rowing that ol’ weary and wary boat right there with you friend. If we don’t die first, we’ll see sooner than later I suspect. With what all they’ve set in motion to bring about a globohomo world it’d be hard to back pedal too much at all at this point.

If legit, is it even a big enough monkey wrench to grind the direction we’re being herded towards to a halt? Too many unknowns at the moment to be sure the type of catalyst this will be, but of all the whirlwinds that have been whip’d up around the world in the last few years this one has the most potential so far to become a defining moment in which the cards being dealt will have to be played. Win, lose or draw.

Welcome to reality.

Through Neuralink you can get tweets directly into your brain!

Neuralink sounds much more appealing for bypassing nerve damage than for healthy people who want to play pong with their mind.

If you think there's a lack of privacy now, wait until there's a chip attached to everyone's head. Can't even think (or not think -- like sleeping) without being monitored.

yeah? no thanks I got enough going on up there to sort out.
