That part sounds good but is not. We need borders or we don’t have a country. It's simple enough to have a passport and it's not that much friction. I submit there is no such thing as open borders and continuing to have a country at the time, they cannot both exist simultaneously.

Of course there would still be vetting.
Right now there are barriers hindering/preventing White migration from Europe to USA (and I think vice versa), essentially those restrictions were put in place after Ellis Island to allow millions of new immigrants to assimilate into Americans vs balkanize the US. Elon is advising Trump to end all that, it's been ~100 years.
I'm all for freedom of White immigration into the US. It can improve our work force and White Christian birth rate issues. White immigration once made America great....
