A piece of equipment needed a socket replaced because of carbon tracking inside the socket. The new one is a little smaller in diameter, and the wire is 60 years old. I guess it doesn't look too bad, and it made the device work again.

Tried to trim your talons?

Serious note that does look nice.

Thank you. It can be a pain to get things back in proper order when you're working with ancient wire.
