Every voting station has a police patrol parked on the side. Just in case of any shenanigans. If there was a fire alarm pulled, they would tell everyone, "it's fine, someone pulled the fire alarm but you can still enter and vote (and then leave quickly because fire alarm is loud)"
If there was a real emergency, and that they had to evacuate everyone, you'd have an investigation as whether or not it was a legit accident or act of terrorism (destroying a voting station).
Of course, with all of the previous shenanigans that have transpired, as well as rigorous propaganda "at any cost" I would suspect foul play, if only just the police department.
