Since when does the DOJ “approve” a state law? Any opposition to a state law would be handled via the judicial branch, not the executive branch.

In August, Fairfax County, for example, removed 28 registered voters who apparently identified themselves as noncitizens and did not respond to a mailer asking them to explain the discrepancy.

And one of those 28 voters will be starring in a CockTok video on election day for not being allowed to vote.

Also, Garfinkel looks especially extra-douchefaggy in that picture.

The DOJ does not approve laws, their job is to prosecute violations of Federal law. If a law is unconstitutional challenges are brought to federal court for resolution. I can't imagine what the basis of the suit is by the DOJ. You can't violate the civil rights by removing non citizens who do not have a right to vote. However, in 3 months I would like to see Merrik Garland and the rest of the DC DOJ indicted for election interference for this.
