Does anyone else find it strange that we've had 40+ years of ATMs that NEVER miscount the amount of money dispensed, 50+ years of slot machines that never lose the house money, and yet they haven't been able to make a voting machine that can add up votes accurately?

Not at all strange. If they counted as accurately as ATMs and slot machines (not perfect, but so close that you'd be +- enough votes to count one one hand per state), then the commies would lose a lot of elections
