But the nihilistic Leftists simply refuse to accept proof of anything they don't want to believe, generally responding with a demand to satisfy a Nirvana Fallacy wherein you have to explain all facets of everything that happened, otherwise the thing you know for sure is not legitimate. Very similar to the Black Tuesday (aka 911) situation. No matter how much proof that the official story is wrong is presented, there are a large portion of people who prefer the sweet lies rather than the bitter truth of the situation.
