Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, ** but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation** , and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Witnesses are needed to provide the evidence to leads to PROBABLE CAUSE. They are to be made publicly known with such evidence and the 6th amendment allows the accused to face their accusers.

Now I am not pretending to be a lawyer here but FBI says none of that is important. It's morally and ethnically WRONG to entrap people into crimes that would not have done with FBI agents infiltrating these groups. If the FBI weren't pulling this shit there would be next to no terrorists or terrorist crimes at all. But the FBI needs that federal budget to justify.

Yeah, there's that too. Yet we have the "Patriot Act." how many pages is that? For the paragraph above?

What is hilarious about the names of these laws is they are always counter to reality. No actual patriot would support the Patriot Act. The Affordable Care Act does nothing to make health care affordable. It does the complete opposite. I actually think they know this and do it on purpose to fuck with us. Being we are too stupid to see it and just accept whatever garbage the 72" 4K TV says is "real".
