And he did say he had put together the most extensive election fraud organization ever. From what I've heard, his dementia kicked in and he thought he was talking to a small group of private donors. He also said that he didn't need anyone's vote, just their support after he won. I can just imagine the look on his handlers faces when he said that. Lol
