This is not confusing at all. The universities that had no change in "minority" admission numbers simply ignored what the SCOTUS said and is still using race to determine admissions. It really is that easy. They have a bunch of anti White anit asian racist people in the admissions department.

You can still control demographics through other means. They're just looking for names like jamarquavious, instead of a checked box.
As they're trying to turn Whites into a minority (no matter what, we are the majority because they have to lump all browns into one race to out number the Great White Race), this prevents Whites from using affirmative action if and when we are ever minority.
This is what they do in Commiefornia. Once the browns are the (((majority))), they magically all become their own minority groups. Except Whites.
